App is losing OG business

I love ordering online and I love Olive Garden. However, this new app is losing business for Olive Garden, and Ill tell you why. Everything about the app works well, with the exception of the pick up time. If I call OG and place an order I can pick it up in 20 minutes, if I order with the OG app it gives me a pick up time in the neighborhood of 40 minutes to one hour. There is an Applebees almost next-door to Olive Garden. With their app I can pick up the order in 15 minutes. As a result, I tend to order from Applebees instead. I think OG should take another look at their app and make the pick up times the same as when you call in an order.

This is an update to a previous review. This does everything well except checkout. I have tried at least 10 different times. At first it wouldnt take my card, so I paid at the restaurant. Now it doesnt even work for that. I just have to call them; like in 1950s. Come on folks get it together.
